We completely understand how frustrating this situation can be. It's important to note that your order was placed during the busy Black Friday season, which can lead to
some delays in deliveries. Additionally, please keep in mind that Fastway services are limited during this time, as they do not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Are all items in stock?

We will do our best to keep all stock available for you. If for some reason we don’t have what you need on hand, your products will be placed on back order, and you will absolutely receive them at the price you paid. There may just be a slight delay.

I am unable to order online, what should I do?

If you're having trouble, we suggest giving it a try from a different device. Should you still face challenges and wish to make your payment via EFT,
we’d be happy to assist you with placing your order directly. Just send us a screenshot of your order on
WhatsApp at 0783601561, and our friendly team will provide you with our banking details. Once your payment has reflected, we’ll get your order dispatched right away!
